Personal, team and enterprise plans are available. New options will be listed here; contact support to discuss your needs.
How do I purchase a team plan?
Team plans are available through sales. Contact us to confirm team size, usage and collaboration needs, including contracts, invoices and custom delivery.
Which price will I pay?
Prices on this page are confirmed at checkout. If a price changes, you will be asked to confirm before continuing.
Why must I log in before buying?
Your plan and orders are linked to your Kyormar account for use across the website and desktop app. Pay using the account you want to activate.
Will plan prices change immediately when upstream model providers change?
Existing order amounts do not change with model costs. For future purchases, confirm the price at checkout.
Is the hosted-model allowance unlimited?
No. Allowances and available models depend on your plan. View usage in your account. Where supported, you can also configure your own model key.
How do I check that my plan is active after payment?
The payment page updates after payment. You can also check your orders and view your plan in your account. Contact support if the update is delayed.
Does WeChat Pay renew automatically?
No. WeChat QR payments are one-time purchases. Any future automatic renewal option will require separate disclosure and confirmation.
Can I repurchase or upgrade after buying?
You do not need to repurchase an active plan. Available upgrades or billing-period changes appear on the pricing page. Resolve any pending order first, or contact support for other changes.
Which capabilities are still Preview?
AI team templates and personality-based role recommendations are still in preview. Review included features and limits before purchasing.
How do I request a refund or query an order after payment?
View the status returned by the server on the Orders page. For duplicate charges, nondelivery, or orders eligible under the refund policy, contact [email protected]. See Payment Information and Refund Policy for the criteria
