- Confirm that the current account matches the Kyormar account used for payment;
- Verify the payment time and merchant name in WeChat Pay;
- Do not provide payment passwords or SMS verification codes;
- Send the account email, payment time, and a screenshot with sensitive information redacted to [email protected].
