COMMERCE / REFUND POLICY

Refund policy

Effective / updated: 2026-07-25Support:[email protected]

1. Refund-eligible situations

  • Duplicate payment or duplicate charge for the same order;
  • Payment succeeded but the service was not activated due to Kyormar and still cannot be delivered after remediation;
  • Within seven calendar days of purchase, the paid service has not been used and no model-call cost has been incurred;
  • Other situations in which applicable law requires a refund.

2. Digital services already activated or used

Kyormar plans include immediately activated digital services and model calls that may incur real costs. Before checkout, we prominently disclose immediate delivery and request confirmation. If a service has been activated but not actually used, we consider its activation state; when model-call costs, team entitlements, or delivery costs have occurred, the refund is calculated lawfully from the refundable balance, actual usage, and contract terms.

This policy does not exclude statutory rights with a blanket no-refund rule. We provide a clear verification result for eligibility, refundable amount, and deductions.

3. How to apply

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Kyormar Refund Request” and include:

  1. Order number and payment time;
  2. Account email or enterprise purchasing entity;
  3. Reason for the refund and requested amount;
  4. Necessary payment screenshot or exception details, with payment passwords, card numbers, and other sensitive information redacted.

4. Processing and arrival time

We normally acknowledge a complete request within two business days and finish verification or provide a response within seven business days. Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment provider; actual arrival time depends on WeChat Pay, the bank, and payment status.

5. Complaints and review

If you disagree with the outcome, request a review in the original email and provide additional evidence. We retain order, payment, entitlement, usage, and communication records for verification. You may also use lawful consumer-complaint, mediation, or litigation channels.
